Self-reported exposure to traffic pollution in relation to daytime sleepiness and habitual snoring: A questionnaire study in 7 North- European cities

• More men than women report habitual snoring.• Women are more likely than men to report daytime sleepiness.• Self-reported exposure to traffic pollution and noise is associated with daytime sleepiness.• Self-reported exposure to traffic noise increase the risk of habitual snoring.
