Introduction: We mainly aimed to find answers to the following questions. i) Could we predict the success of expansion sphincter pharyngoplasty (ESP) with preoperative acoustic pharyngometric (AP) analysis in patients with sleep apnea? ii) Could we interpret the results of ESP by AP postoperatively?
