In the abstract P205, "Experience with a simplified eucapnic voluntary hyperventilation (EVH) device for diagnosis of exercise-induced bronchospasm" (Ann Allergy Asthma Immunol. 2017;119(Suppl 1):S50-S51), the first author was mistakenly left off the abstract.
