ConclusionsTonsillectomy with adenoidectomy remains the most commonly performed procedure, although there was a significant increase in other sleep surgeries performed (lingual tonsillectomy, tongue‐base reduction, and supraglottoplasty) between the two study periods, especially in children with DS.
