Response to ‘The use of laryngeal mask airway for adenoidectomy’

"On behalf of my co-authors, we would like to thank Dr. Caylakli for his kind review of our paper. We agree with Dr. Caylakli that our paper limits its evaluation to one technique for adenoidectomy. It is quite possible that LMA is not appropriate for other techniques for adenoid removal. We would encourage surgeons to exercise caution when using LMA for any form of adenoidectomy.
